Sales & Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Build pipeline of high quality publishers to use AdStrux outdoor media booking and management platform.
  • Record and track progress in our CRM and internal analytics
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Establish AdStrux as a trusted partner; providing guidance to clients on strategies for effective marketing via AdStrux platform
  • Drive and contribute best practices around account planning, forecasting, relationship building, and solution selling
  • Provide critical Voice of the Customer feedback to influence internal product roadmap and long-term strategy

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years experience selling outdoor media, ad tech, digital media, preferably with outdoor media sales experience
  • Proven record of exceeding revenue metrics on a consistent basis
  • Strong track record in managing all aspects of a sales process, from prospecting to negotiation and closing
  • Explain technical concepts to potentially non-technical audiences
  • Excellent phone and in-person presentation skills
  • Highly organized, used to managing multiple projects to tight deadlines with great attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Chinese speaking a plus – but not required

Management Trainee (Internship)

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in building pipeline of high quality publishers to use AdStrux outdoor media booking and management platform.

  • Support in getting critical Voice of the Customer feedback to influence internal product roadmap and long-term strategy

Job Requirements

  • Keen interest in advertising especially towards outdoor media, ad tech, digital media.
  • Basic understanding of sales process, from prospecting to negotiation and closing
  • Confidence in communicating technical concepts to potentially non-technical audiences
  • Good phone and in-person presentation skills
  • Highly organized, used to managing multiple projects to tight deadlines with great attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
